If you own a musical instruments’ shop or related establishment and you like to include some of our articles into your catalogue, please consult our website for disribution: Our commercial department will inform you about conditions and special information for resellers.


Our articles are covered by a general warranty of 1 year. However, the warranty only covers new articles which left our warehouse in perfect condition and are handled by the customer with correct care and normal use. For articles which were damaged, violently broken, manipulated or which suffered obviously an incorrect treatment, the warranty is void.

For any complaint you may direct to our commercial department, indicating the issue with documantation of the correspondent invoice. For transport damages it is absolutely necessary to place the claim within 24 hours after order reception (transport companies obligate us to respect this time period for demands).


Transport costs:
- 12,00 € fix tarife for national shipment (Spain mainland and Balear Islands)
- 25,00 € standard fix price for EU-territories and Canary Islands
- Other tariffs are applicated to shipments outside of the European Community and Overseas. The shipping prices depend on each destination.
All prices include 21% VAT (by Spanish Law)

Delivery time:
Normally all our parcel shipments are executed by messenger companies. For oversea shipments we normally ship by Post service. Delivery time for national transport takes 24-48 hours. Outside of the European Community the delivery time can take several days more.

After order placement, you will be notified by e-mail. Our commercial department will check the availability of all ordered articles in each moment and will send you by e-mail a notofication of out-of-stock articles or other additional information about the ordered products if necessary.
In any case, the delivery time depends on the availability of each product and the shipping destination.


All payments have to be done in advance and in € (Euro) currency.
No shipment will leave our warehouse without payment reception, if not agreed another condition with our commercial department.
During the order process the client can choose between the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery:
This method is only available for National shipments (Spain).
Sans Luthier applies an extra handling commission of 4,00 % for each shipment. Minimum order is 3,50 €. Aditional costs will be done in the moment of delivery and depend on the destination area.

Bank transfer:
This is the standard payment method and will be applicated when no other payment method is choosen by the client during the order process. Our company doesn’t applicate no further transaction fees for bank transfers.

Payments will be processed by REDSYS, safe and secure for you. We admit VISA and Mastercard, free of charge for credit card payments.

Any payment via PayPal requires an aditional transaction cost of 4,5%. This additional fee is mentioned in the invoice calculation and will be applied automatically during the transferring process with PayPal.
